SuperFrio announces its fourth unit in the state of Paraná, strengthening its presence in the service to the protein market

This is the 19th of a total of 30 units that the company will operate by 2023

SuperFrio, a company controlled by Pátria Investimentos, and one of the leaders in the refrigerated logistics industry in South America, announced its third unit in the Londrina region – the second in the city of Cambé/PR. This is the group's fourth unit in the state of Paraná and the 19th in the country.

The Logistics Center of Cambé 2 offers solutions for protein producers, food industry, distributors and retailers.
The company already operates in the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul, with a strong presence in the agribusiness, food service, general storage, distribution and export and import markets.

According to the Commercial Manager of the Protein segment, Marcelo Ostrowski, the logistics center of Cambé 2 is part of SuperFrio's strategic plan to offer integrated logistics solutions to its customers in the main food producing and consuming regions of the continent. “The CD has a differentiated value proposition, as it is located within a logistics condominium with a robust intermodal logistics operation, with access to the railway terminal operated by Brado Logística, which has regular exits and direct discharge at the Port of Paranaguá, connecting the export of production from the north of Paraná in an extremely competitive way”.

Located on the banks of the Dr. Jacídio Correia Highway, the logistics center has storage capacity of 11,000 pallet positions, environments with controlled temperature and humidity, and the legal qualification of MAPA to store products destined for the foreign and domestic markets. JDA's state-of-the-art WMS and SuperFrio's integrated management system, which includes the HACCP Program – global reference in food safety, will support the unit's operations.

“We will continue to focus on growing together with our customers, either organically or through acquisitions, always inspired by our Vision: To be the first option in refrigerated logistics solutions in South America, until 2023,” says Francisco Moura, CEO of SuperFrio.
